Ticket Information

  • Is Cash accepted at Luna Park Sydney?

    Luna Park Sydney is predominately cashless and encourages cashless payments at all outlets. This includes but is not limited to the front ticket box, retail store, food and beverage outlets and games. MINOR provisions for cash are made at the Front Ticket Box and Retail Store ONLY. This allows for Tickets and Park credit to be purchased with cash, with Park credits then being accepted as a valid payment method at all outlets. Unless otherwise advertised or noted, it is strongly recommended to organise cashless methods to transact at Luna Park Sydney. Kindly note that standard Park credit terms apply, where the credit must be used on the day of visit only and refunds for partial use are not offered.

  • Do I have to purchase a ticket if I am not planning on riding?

    At this time, Luna Park Sydney is a free entry Park, however, everyone wishing to go on rides and access attractions (including adults accompanying children in the Red and/or Green height zones) must have a valid Day Pass ticket for the date of their visit.

    Children under 85cm in height do not require a ticket to ride, however, they are only able to ride the carousel (chariot cars only) and the Ferris Wheel with an paying accompanying adult who is 18 /parent. 

  • Do children require adults to accompany them on rides?

    Yes, some children will require an accompanying adult who is over 18 /parent and who holds a valid ticket to go with them on rides. Please visit our Rides page for information on which rides require an accompanying adult. 

    Children under 85cm in height do not require a ticket to ride, however, they are only able to ride the carousel (chariot cars only) and the Ferris Wheel with a paying accompanying adult who is 18/parent. 

  • Do you do birthday parties?

  • Can I purchase photos from my visit to Luna Park?

    Yes, we offer a Day Photo Pass or print photos where you can purchase ride and candid photos. Find out more here.

  • I booked the wrong day, can I change my date?

    We appreciate mistakes happen, which is why we give Guests a 24-hour grace period* from the time of purchase to modify their Day Pass booking.  Please log into your account to make these changes in the 'my tickets' tab  of the dashboard. 

    You must meet the following criteria to change your booking:

    • You can only modify your booking date once
    • It must be within 24 hours of your purchase time
    • Your original visit date can not have passed

    Please note:

    *All booking modifications close by 6am the day before your nominated visit date, even when purchases are finalised within 24-hours of this visit date. 

    You will be charged the difference in price for your new date. If the new date is a lower price, there is no refund on the difference.

    If you want more flexibility to change your dates multiple times, consider upgrading to a Flexi Pass instead. This can be achieved up to 6am the day before your booking. 

    This grace period does not apply to Twilight Passes and date cannot be changed for these tickets.

  • What if I am unable to attend my booked visit date?

    We offer Flexi Passes which allow you to book your visit with the flexibility to change it to another day. This pass is valid for ONE visit within 90 days from the date of purchase. If you have not initially booked your ticket as a flexi-pass and you which to upgrade your existing (unused) day pass, you can.  

    If you wish to change your booking date prior to the day before your visit, you are able to upgrade your Day Pass ticket to a Flexi pass. In order to upgrade, log in to your account and select ‘Upgrade to Flexi Pass’ in your ‘My Tickets’ section. All booking modifications must completed by the account holder by 6am the day before their nominated visit*.

    Sales on Twilight Passes, event tickets and Dream Circus do not include a grace period to modify the date.

  • Companion Card: I am a carer and will be accompanying a guest with a disability, do I need to purchase a ticket?

    A carer accompanying a guest with a disability for the sole purpose of assisting that person,  will be provided with a Rides Pass free of charge on the day of visiting,  when a  Companion Card holder purchases a Pass for themselves and presents at the ticket box with a valid companion card.

    This process may alter during Special Events.  Please check event information pages  or email grelations@lunaparksydney.com for further details.

  • Can I use my Gift Card to purchase tickets?

    Gift Card holders are able to use their cards as a payment option for any product online, and in the Park for purchases such as food, drinks, and merchandise. Gift Cards can not be used at Games outlets. To use your gift card online, enter your Gift Card barcode at checkout. 

    You can check your gift card balance at checkout, or by logging in to your Luna Park account,

    Gift Cards purchased in 2021 or prior

    Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, reloaded or refunded and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Any gift card value unused after the expiry date will not be refunded. The gift card remains the property of the issuer. You must keep your gift card secure and treat it as you would cash.

  • How can I get to Luna Park Sydney?

    Luna Park Sydney is located at 1 Olympic Drive, Milsons Point Sydney and there are a number of ways to get there. Our car park is open to all Guests and has 389 secure spaces. Entry to the car park is via Dind Street, turning left onto Northcliff Street, Milsons Point.

  • Why haven't I recieved my tickets?

    If you are purchasing tickets within 48 hours of your visit date, you will receive the tickets within 10 minutes of your order. If it is greater than 48 hours, you will receive your tickets the morning before you selected visit date. Tickets can be accessed from your autocreated account from the time of purchase by logging in using the same email address used at the time of purchase here.

  • I'm having trouble purchasing tickets on Internet Explorer.

    We strongly recommend switching to a different web browser if you are currently using Internet Explorer. Internet Explorer is an outdated browser that lacks support for many modern web technologies. As a result, you may experience issues with website functionality, performance, and security.

    There are several alternative web browsers available that offer better compatibility and performance. We suggest using browsers such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge or Safari on Mac. These browsers are regularly updated and optimised to provide an enhanced browsing experience. Simply head to the browser web page and click download. 

  • I understand that there are different height requirements for different rides at Luna Park. What ticket do I need for different heights?

    If you would like to utilise the rides at Luna Park Sydney, you will need to purchase an unlimited rides pass. This can be in the form of an Unlimited Rides Pass, a Flexi Pass( if you have amended your original booking)  or even an Annual Rides Pass. You do not need to purchase a specific ticket type for varying ride height access at the time of purchase.

    When you arrive at Luna Park, your valid ticket will be exchanged for a wrist band that will enable the wearer to access rides within their applicable height requirement. Guests will be measured prior to wristband issue, at rides and spot checked throughout your visit.

    • Red: 85 – 106cm
    • Green: 106-132cm
    • Yellow: 132cm+
  • Can I bring food to Luna Park Sydney?

    Yes, while we have some incredible food outlets here at Luna Park Sydney, if you chose to bring external food into the Park you are welcome to. However, external food can not be consumed at seating areas dedicated for Luna Park outlets. Only food purchased in the Park can be consumed at dedicated outlets and/or seating spaces.

    External food can be consumed at;

    Tables and chairs located outside the Big Top

    Lavender Green – our dedicated and picturesque harbourside picnic area, located past Luna Land

    Please note, while picnics in the appropriate areas are encouraged, cooking food (with or without power) is not allowed at Luna Park, and Guests who elect to do so will be asked to cease and/or leave the Park. Management discretion applies and decisions made by management and/or security are final.

    Please note, commercial food is not able to be ordered to or consumed within the Park. This is including but not limited to delivery services and take away foods from other outlets. Management discretion applies and decisions made by management and/or security are final.

  • Does filming take place at Luna Park Sydney?

    The Park is occasionally used as a filming location. By attending Luna Park Sydney, you are entering a premise where photography, audio and video recording may occur.

    Upon entry, you are agreeing to Luna Park Sydney using any film or photography taken during your visit for any promotion, advertising or marketing in any form or style determined or approved by Luna Park Sydney in its absolute discretion without the need to obtain any further permissions. By entering the premises, you waive all rights you have to any claims for payment or royalties.

  • Can I bring my own tripod for personal photography in the Park?

    Tripods are welcome for personal use in Luna Park. Please note: 

      • Tripods must not obstruct walkways or thoroughfares, and are not welcome in ride areas
      • Tripods can not impede the access or experience of other Guests in the Park
      • Tripods deemed a trip hazard or risk may be asked to move or use be ceased. Management discretion applies and negotiations will not be entered into
      • Tripods will not be stored or cloaked by Luna Park, and are the responsibility of their owner at all times
      • Tripods cannot be set up where they are obstructing any fire-fighting equipment or emergency exits
      • Tripods cannot be left unaccompanied and photographer must stay with the tripod at all times
      • Tripods must be packed down in order to be moved through the Park
  • How long is my Games Pass valid for?

    If you pre-purchased online:  The online Games voucher is valid for 180 days from date of purchase. However, this voucher needs to be redeemed at the Ticket Box in order to get your receipt required to scan at the Games. This receipt is only valid for the day it is issued. The online Games Pass add-on can be used across multiple games, this is an online exclusive offer

    If you purchased in-Park: Your Games Pass is only valid on the day of purchase. Please note you can only purchase Games at each of the Game outlets, and when purchasing you can only use for the game you are purchasing for. If you want to use one pass across multiple games you must add-on online. Play all the games on the pass to unlock all the fun you can, because any remaining games unfortunately cannot be redeemed at a later visit.  Games Passes are not subject to date extensions, subject to refunds or exchanges within the extent of the law.

    Unlimited Rides Passes

    • What is a Day Pass?

      A Luna Park Sydney Unlimited Rides Pass entitles the holder to unlimited rides for their height zone, on the date indicated on their ticket, during Park operating hours.

    • I'm not riding do I need to purchase an Unlimited Rides Pass?

      No -  however, everyone wishing to go on rides attractions (including adults accompanying children in the Red and/or Green height zones) must have a valid Unlimited Rides Pass ticket for the date of their visit.

    • Why do I need to choose a day?

      Luna Park now requires Guests to select the day they are coming in order to avoid overcrowding and ensure a positive experience for everyone in the Park.

    • Can I come to the Park to purchase a Unlimited Rides Pass?

      Tickets for Luna Park can be purchased in the Park. Purchasing on the day of visiting results in higher prices. Purchasing online & in advance secures the best price.

    • Why are the day prices different on different days?

      With our Unlimited Rides Pass you can now get more choice and more savings at times that suit you. Pass pricing will be dynamically updated dependent on current sales and activities in the park.

    • Can I use my Gift Card to purchase an Unlimited Rides Pass?

      Yes you can make Gift Card purchases online and over the counter when purchasing tickets.

    • What do I need to bring on my visit day?

      On entry to Luna Park Sydney and validation of an Unlimited Rides Pass Ticket, you will need to show your ticket at  the Ticket Booth  (printed or on your phone), a unique wristband will then be issued that is non-refundable, not transferable between individuals, valid for the Date of Issue only and void if not securely attached to the Guest's wrist at all times. The wristband is activated and issued from a Luna Park Ticket Box at the time of purchase/e-ticket redemption. We are a cashless venue. Card payments will be accepted at all outlets.

    • How do I purchase group bookings?

      When booking your tickets, please book for your entire group in one transaction to ensure you all secure the same date and time slot. If you would like to enquire about large group bookings, please contact: groups@lunaparksydney.com

    Annual Rides Passes

    • What is an Annual Rides Pass?

      A Luna Park Sydney Annual Rides Pass entitles the holder (a pass holder) to a single Unlimited Rides Pass, once per day, on any valid entry day for the period specified on the Annual Rides Pass, from the date of activation. You can visit the Park during our opening hours (excluding special events or block out dates) as you please, during your valid Annual Rides Pass tenure.

        Annual Rides Passes exist virtually within your on line account. On arrival, please access your membership on line, and  line up at the Annual Rides Pass desk and have 1 wristband activated per valid Annual Rides Pass. This is valid once daily, and the wristband will be applied to the Annual Rides Pass owner ONLY.Please note that attendance applies to standard Luna Park operating hours. Special events and selected dates may be excluded from Annual Rides Pass visit dates.

      Should your membership not be accessible  from your phone, please see our Annual Rides Pass team at the Annual Rides Pass Desk to seek a paper reprint. An Annual Rides Pass can only be used at rides BY THE VALID HOLDER, and strictly can not transferred or shared. Luna Park Sydney has the ability to cancel a valid Annual Rides Pass and seek removal of Guests should this feature be fraudulently used.

      Previously issued  Annual Rides Pass membership cards can continue to be used  until their expiry. 

    • An Annual Rides Pass means I can receive 10% off merchandise. How?

      As a valued Annual Rides Pass holder of Luna Park Sydney, simply scan your virtual  Annual Rides Pass membership  from your phone  when making a purchase at our merchandise store. You will receive 10% off all items in store, including showbags! Please note the 10% discount excludes tickets, gift cards, photo purchases, Annual Rides Passes, special event tickets and special events (including birthday party bookings). Please note that your Annual  Rides Pass must be valid and in date to activate this discount. Please ensure your phone is charged to access your virtual  Annual Rides Pass membership  from your online account. 

      Previously issued Annual Rides Pass membership cards can continue to  be used until their expiry. 

    • As an Annual Rides Pass holder I receive 10% off food and beverage purchases in the Park. How?

      To receive 10% off food and beverage purchases at Luna Park Sydney, please scan your virtual Annual Rides Pass membership from your phone  when making a purchase at any of our permanent outlets. Don’t have a card? Missing out? Become an Annual Rides  Pass holder at our Annual Rides Pass Desk, or visit them to seek a  paper reprint of your existing card that is valid for use on the day of your visit only. . Food and beverage purchases to which this discount applies includes food, hot and cold beverages purchased from permanent outlets and alcohol. Special events such as Harbour Party and Halloscream are excluded from this discount. Management discretion applies.

      Previously issued Annual Rides Pass membership cards can continue to be used until their expiry. 

    • As an Annual Rides Pass holder, do I need to book in a day prior to attendance?

      No. Booking  for a visit online is no longer neccessary to visit to Luna Park Sydney. 

      Please follow the simple steps below to obtain Unlimited Rides Pass when you visit and lock in some Next Level Fun:

        1. Click here to login to your account to access your virtual Annual Rides Pass
        2. Present at the Annual Rides Pass Membership Counter 
        3. Scan ytour membership barcode from your phone  to receive an Unlimited Rides Pass for the day- our team will assist with wristbanding.

        Previously issued Annual Rides Pass membership cards can continue to be used until their expiry.

      • Do I need to line up when I arrive at Luna Park Sydney if I am an Annual Rides Pass Holder?

        Yes. A wristband to access our rides, you can line up on arrival at the Annual Rides Pass desk and have 1 wristband activated per valid Annual Rides Pass. This is valid once daily, and the wristband will be applied to the Annual Rides Pass owner ONLY.

      • As an Annual Rides Pass holder, why do I need to create an account?

        When you purchase an Annual Rides Pass a customer’s account is automatically created for you. This is required so that you can manage any Annual Rides Passes you purchased within your account. This includes updating your details, uploading your photo, expiry dates and renewals. 

        Member accounts are created for every Annual Rides Pass purchase and are registered within your customer account, including your own member account if you purchase an Annual Rides Pass for yourself.
        You can transfer ownership an Annual Rides Pass member account to another customer if you choose, for instance if you purchased the ticket for a friend. Doing this means you will no longer be able to access that member.

      • When does an Annual Rides Pass subscription start?

        Annual Rides  Passes have a start date that reflects a 14 days' grace period for your first visit to the Park in the spirit of gift giving, however, your Annual Rides Pass is ready to use as soon as you purchase where the 12 month validity commences. You can visit the Park during opening hours and have your photo taken for your membership files  upon order confirmation.

      • Do I need to bring my Annual Rides Pass when I visit?

        A pass holder must have his/her valid virtual  Annual Rides Pass accessible  from their online account and  have  LPS approved photo on file with Luna Park Sydney for access to rides to be granted.

         If you do not have access to your online account,   Annual Rides  Passes can be  temporarily reprinted on paper  to be used on the day of visit  for you at no cost from the Annual Pass Counter upon request.

      • When will I get my Annual Rides Pass?

         Annual Rides Passes  exist virtually and are accessible from your online account  immediately after purchase.  It must have an LPS approved photo to be valid for use. 

      • Can I use my Annual Rides  Pass for a special events such as Halloscream,  NYE or  Dream Circus  ?

        Annual Rides Passes are not valid for private special events, specials, ticketed events or events that require a separate admission, and are subject to Blockout Dates. Blockout Dates include, but are not limited to events such as Halloscream, New Year’s Eve, and other special events that occur outside normal Park operating hours Annual Rides  Pass.

      • Can I sell my Annual Rides Pass?

        An Annual Rides Pass is not transferable, cannot be sold, cannot be given to anyone else to use inclusive of family and friends, is not redeemable for cash and cannot be used with any other offer, discount or product. Additionally, Annual Rides Passes may not be used for commercial purposes and are void if altered or misused. An Annual Rides Pass can be passed onto friends and family before activation.

      • How do I renew my Annual Rides Pass?

        You can renew your Annual Rides Pass for a special price of $150 up to two weeks after your original expiry date. Beyond two weeks, it will be treated as a new Annual Rides Pass and the full price will be charged. 

        To do so, just login to your account and click renew on each Annual Rides Pass you would like to renew. Or simply ask for a renewal in the Park. 

        Once you renew, you  my be required to update your LPS approved photo for your membership to be valid. 

      • Can I purchase/renew online?

        Yes, Annual Rides Passes to Luna Park Sydney can be purchased and renewed online. 

      Flexi Passes

      • What is a Flexi Pass?

        Sometimes, plans change.
        A Flexi Pass upgrade provides the opportunity to change the date of your Day Pass booking. This entitles you to make an online booking from your account in the next 90 days for their chosen session at Luna Park Sydney, whilst allowing them the flexibility to change the date of your visit within that time.
        A Flexi Pass upgrade is undertaken from your auto created customer account, from the time of your Day Pass Booking. Simply log into your account with the email address used at the time of booking, reset your password if first time access and use the ‘Tickets’ tab to locate your Day Passes. Fees apply.
        All Flexi Pass upgrades must be finalised from your customer account by 6AM the day before your visit date. A Luna Park Sydney Flexi pass is only valid for one day (visit)

      • Can I send my Flexi Pass to someone else?

        Unable use your Flexi Pass? You can send your Luna Park Sydney Flexi Pass to someone else using the Transfer Ticket Ownership feature in your online customer account. Simply log into your account with the email address used at the time of booking, reset your password if first time access. From the Tickets tab Here you can Transfer Ticket Ownership to someone else. They will receive an email link to claim the ticket by creating an account. This link is active for 48 hours. If they do not  actively claim the ticket from the emailed notification, it will remain in your account.

      • How do I make a Flexi Pass booking?

        Once you have upgraded to a Flexi Pass you can log into your account and make a booking against theBookings tab within a 90 day Flexi Pass validity.  A Day Pass for your nominated date will be emailed to you the day before your visit.

      • How can I change my existing Flexi Pass booking?

        You will have to log into your pre-existing Luna Park Sydney account to manage your Flexi Pass tickets. From there you will click on the bookings tab and it will allow you to cancel or change your booking for a new date within the 90 days from your upgrade date.

        Bookings can only be changed prior to 6am the day before your booking date. If you do not cancel prior to this time, and you do not come to the Park on your booked date, your Flexi Pass ticket is no longer valid.

      • What is a Send Request to Book?

        Our Request to Book feature found alongside your Flexi Pass ticket in your account allows you to send a booking invitation to a friend or family member if you are unable to use your Flexi Pass, who can  then create their own booking. When used, the requestor will receive an email with their tickets the day before the booking rather than you, the customer. Please note, when using this feature only the customer can change or cancel the booking.

        If you want to give a Flexi Pass to someone else entirely, you can use the option Transfer Ticket Ownership.

      • What are the benefits of purchasing a Flexi Pass?

        The benefits of the Luna Park Sydney Flexi pass are that you are able to change the date of your Day Pass within 90 days from upgrade,  should your plans change. All Flexi Pass upgrades must be finalised from your customer account by 6AM the day before your visit date.

      Dream Circus

      • What is Sydney’s Immersive Big Top? What can I expect?

        Dream Circus is  Sydney's Immersive Big Top  newest immersive attraction, located at Luna Park Sydney. It is not a traditional circus but rather a completely digital narrative-driven experience featuring cutting-edge technology and creativity, offering a unique experience unlike any other in Australia. Bringing world-first technology and creativity to Sydney, it’s unlike any other ticketed, hour-long experience available in Australia. 

        Tickets are now on sale.

      • Do I need a ticket to attend Sydney’s Immersive Big Top? Are there age restrictions or recommendations to attend?

        Yes, to enter Sydney’s Immersive Big Top a ticket is required. Tickets can be pre-purchased from lunaparksydney.com OR at the box office of Sydney’s Immersive Big Top.

        The Experience contains some content that may surprise or frighten some guests such as the inclusion of spiders. It is recommended that children be accompanied by a paying adult/parent. 

        Adult  tickets are for those aged 14 years and over.

        Children tickets are for those aged 13 years and under.

        Tickets are required for all attendees.

        Those over 85cm high will require a ticket (infants under this height can remain with their attending parent/guardian who must hold a ticket)

      • What is the seating allocation when I attend Dream Circus at Sydney’s Immersive Big Top?

        Dream Circus, inside Sydney’s Immersive Big Top offers unallocated, General Admission access for all. This means when you enter the experience you’re welcome to locate a seating position yourself  in a chair, bean bag or cafe table on the flat, accessible floor. Standing positions are also available for those who want to have the freedom of movement as they experience the show.

        Guests are able to sit or stand throughout the duration of the Experience, however we do ask Guests to be conscious of the viewability and experience of others while the session is on. 

      • How do I purchase a ticket to Sydney’s Immersive Big Top? When should I arrive to attend?

        Tickets to Sydney’s Immersive Big Top can be purchased directly and efficiently at lunaparksydney.com. This is how you are best placed to be able to access all available session times and information for attending Sydney’s Immersive Big Top.  Session Start times are listed on your ticket. To maximise  the enjoyment  of the pre-show and entry experience, we recommend arriving to the venue at least 15 minutes prior to your show start time. 

        Authorised resellers may sell tickets to Sydney’s Immersive Big Top, but these will be clear and reputable sites only, for example Ticketmaster Australia. Please check website terms and conditions and authenticity prior to making a purchase.

      • I have a ticket to Luna Park Sydney and would like to attend Sydney’s Immersive Big Top also. How can I do this?

        A ticket to attend Luna Park Sydney (unlimited rides pass) does not grant access to Sydney’s Immersive Big Top. You will need to purchase a ticket to Sydney’s Immersive Big Top for the day you would like to visit. You can do this by;

        1. Initially purchasing tickets to Luna Park Sydney and Sydney’s Immersive Big Top online at lunaparksydney.com in the same transaction (for the same date) so that you are eligible to receive your Dream Circus  ticket for just $20 (*Terms and conditions apply*).
        2.  If you have already purchased a Luna Park Sydney ride pass for this day (valid and attached wristband), be sure to present this  so that you are eligible to receive your Dream Circus ticket for just $20 (*Terms and conditions apply*)
      • I would like to attend Luna Park Sydney when I attend Sydney’s Immersive Big Top. How can I do this?

        To attend Luna Park Sydney is free of charge and you do not require a ticket (provided it is a standard park-open day and not a special event). However, to enjoy Luna Park Sydney rides and attractions, including Coney Island - a ticket to Luna Park Sydney is required. You will need to purchase a Day Pass for a nominated date.         Luna Park Sydney will still be accessible for those who have purchased Dream Circus Tickets for sessions before or after the Park is operating.

        Our ushering team will greet you just as you enter the Park from the car park foyer/ Luna Park Face and direct you to the Big Top venue, located halfway down the Park on the right-hand side, just opposite the Hair Raiser.

        Our Box Office is open 1 hour before the first  scheduled Dream Circus session for the day  for customer assistance.

        Yes, we encourage the consumption of food and beverages inside Sydney’s Immersive Big Top. 
        You can purchase food and beverages from any of the Luna Park Sydney outlets before you enter, and you can bring them into the Immersive Big Top. 
        Food and beverages will also be available for purchase inside the foyer of the Immersive Big Top. 
        Alternatively, you can bring (personal) food and beverages into Sydney’s Immersive Big Top, however alcohol is strictly prohibited unless purchased from inside the venue. 

      • How long is a session in Sydney’s Immersive Big Top?

        Sessions of ‘Dream Circus’ inside Sydney’s Immersive Big Top are approximately 60 minutes in duration. Sessions will run every 1.5 hours, daily, unless otherwise advised.

        To maximise the enjoyment of the pre-show and entry experience, we recommend arriving to the venue at least 15 minutes prior to the show start time listed on your ticket.

        Session availability is subject to capacity, staffing and management discretion and is subject to change. As such, to avoid disappointment it is strongly recommended you pre-purchase your ticket to Sydney’s Immersive Big Top for the day and session you would like to attend. 

      • Do I need to stay for the whole session I am attending? Can I leave early?

        Sessions of ‘Dream Circus’ under Sydney’s Immersive Big Top go for a 45 minute duration, and are based on a narrative story. In order to enjoy the experience and make the most of your ticket, it is strongly recommended that you remain in the venue for the duration of the session. 

        Should you leave the session early, you may not be able to re-enter. Please see Big Top Staff before departing in the event you would like to leave and return into the same session. (You will only be permitted to attend another session in extenuating circumstances. Management discretion applies). 

        To maximise the enjoyment of the pre-show and entry experience, we recommend arriving to the venue at least 15 minutes prior to the show start time listed on your ticket.

      • I have missed my ticketed session. Can I enter mid session ?

        Session times of ‘Dream Circus’ are implemented for the maximum enjoyment of the experience for all Guests, including you! We strongly recommend you enjoy the whole session to ensure you get the most out of the incredible experience of ‘Dream Circus’ under Sydney’s Immersive Big Top.

        Ticket holders should aim to present at the venue 15 minutes before advertised start times. 

        As such, the team at Sydney’s Immersive Big Top will not allow you to enter the Big Top mid-session.

        Instead, they will offer you an alternate session to attend on the day of your visit (provided session times are available and ticket allocations are not exhausted).

        No, you do not require a ticket to enter Luna Park Sydney in order to attend or purchase a ticket to Sydney’s Immersive Big Top. 

        However, all attendees to Sydney’s Immersive Big Top will require a ticket for the Big Top specifically, except for those under 85cm of height. 

        Adult tickets are for those aged 14 years and over.

        Child tickets are for those aged 13 years and under.

      • Are there accessibility considerations for me to attend Sydney’s Immersive Big Top? Can I bring my walking aid/wheelchair/pram in the venue?

        Yes, Sydney’s Immersive Big Top prides itself on being an accessible venue. 
        Wheelchairs, prams and movement aids are all able to be used to access and remain inside the venue. It is requested that the owner of these aids remains with these items at all times, and ensures they are not obstructing access or the viewability of others at all times.

        No, attending a session of ‘Dream Circus’ inside Sydney’s Immersive Big Top is not included in your Annual Pass (Annual rides pass) to Luna Park Sydney. If you would like to attend a session of ‘Dream Circus’ inside Sydney’s Immersive Big Top an additional ticket is required. 

        You will need to purchase a ticket to Sydney’s Immersive Big Top when you visit Luna Park Sydney. You can do this by visiting the Luna Park Sydney Annual Pass Membership desk OR the Box Office of the Immersive Big Top on the day you visit and wish to attend. By presenting a valid Annual Pass at the time of purchase, each (1) Annual Pass holder are eligible to receive their Dream Circus ticket  for just $20 per day that they visit and attend. 

      • I am an Annual Pass Holder to Luna Park Sydney. Can I pre-purchase my discounted Dream Circus ticket for $20 online?

        At present, Annual Pass holders to Luna Park Sydney are able to secure  their discounted  Dream Circus ticket  for $20 on the day of their visit. The redemption process for this is outlined above. 

        If an Annual Pass holder would like to pre-purchase and book into Dream Circus ahead of the day attending, the standard transaction processes and rates apply. No discount can be offered to pre-purchased Dream Circus tickets online. 

        We do value our Annual Pass members and Luna Park Sydney will soon announce a way that Annual Pass Holders are able to pre-purchase online at the reduced ticket rate.

        No, you do not require a ticket to enter Luna Park Sydney to attend Sonic Neon

        However, all attendees to Sonic Neon will require a ticket to enter except for infants under 85cm in height who must remain with their parent or guardian.

      • Is there an age requirement?

        All are welcome to attend Sonic Neon, however given the intensity of the experience and the high sound levels, parents should consider whether it is appropriate for young children and if so, hearing protection is advised.

        Sonic Neon is an immersive experience with high intensity lights and very high levels of music.  The lighting used will contain strobing, flickering, patterned and strobe effects.  Smoke and Haze effects will also be used in some areas.   Guest discretion is advised.

        Sonic Neon takes place along a one-way pathway.  There are some opportunities for exit along the pathway and please see Luna Park Sydney staff operating Sonic Neon if you require assistance. 

      • Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during Sonic Neon?

        Sonic Neon is a walk- through experience. There will be no seating available in the Crystal Palace.

      • Will restrooms be available on site?

        Luna Park Sydney has restrooms including mobility facilities. Please ask Luna Park Sydney staff for assistance.

      • Can I take photos or record Sonic Neon?

      • What happens if it rains?

        The Park will continue to operate during wet weather, however during periods of high winds or lightning, the operation of some rides may be suspended. Refunds or exchanges will not be granted unless required by law if the Park is open on the day of your booking. As the majority of the experience is outdoors, we do suggest you bring rain jackets with you
