  • 1. Luna Park Sydney Online Sales – Introduction and Disclosures

    1.1             Before purchasing a ticket or product from Luna Park Sydney Pty Limited (ABN 39 102 907 184) (Luna Park Sydney) I acknowledge that I have read and understood the:

    (a)              Introduction and Disclosures;

    (b)              General Terms and Conditions;

    (c)              Conditions of Entry;

    (d)              Disclaimer;

    (e)              Risk Warning, Waiver and Indemnity;

    (f)               any additional specific terms and conditions applicable to the tickets or product that I am purchasing; and

    (g)              Privacy Policy | Luna Park Sydney which covers the collection, use and disclosure of personal information provided,

    (together Terms and Conditions).

    and agree to comply with and be bound by the Terms and Conditions and any other terms and conditions displayed at the entry to the amusements, rides, attractions, experiences or shows (Attractions).

    1.2             These Terms and Conditions may be reasonably varied and updated from time to time and any reasonable variations become effective upon display. By continuing to use the ticket or product you have purchased you consent to be bound by the varied terms and conditions.

    1.3             In particular, I understand that:

    (a)              Luna Park Sydney may impose restrictions or limitations on access to Attractions at any time due to weather, park refurbishment, maintenance, and other operational reasons or to protect customer safety.

    (b)              Use of the Attractions poses a risk of personal injury to me. Luna Park Sydney is not responsible for any injury suffered by me as a result of, or incidental to, my use of Attractions.

    (c)              Luna Park Sydney’s liability to me is limited for any:

    (1)              death;

    (2)              physical or mental injury (including the aggravation, acceleration or recurrence of such an injury of the individual);

    (3)              the contraction, aggravation or acceleration of a disease;

    (4)              the coming into existence, the aggravation, acceleration or recurrence of any other condition, circumstance, occurrence, activity, form of behaviour, course of conduct or situation:

    (A)             that is or may be harmful or disadvantageous to me or the community; or

    (B)             that may result in harm or disadvantage to me or community.                                         

    (d)              Luna Park Sydney’s liability to me is limited to the total price paid for the purchase of tickets or products.

    (e)              To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and indemnify Luna Park Sydney from any claims:

    (1)              I may have arising from or in connection with my use of Luna Park Sydney or the Attractions on any basis whatsoever;

    (2)              in relation to any loss or damage caused by the use of the Luna Park Sydney website.

    (f)               Personal information and data may be disclosed to services providers, contractors or professional advisers who provide services to Luna Park Sydney which may enable the third party to identify me.

    1.4             I acknowledge and agree that if I have purchased a ticket or product for someone else then I must make available or known to them the Terms and Conditions and by their attendance, they shall be deemed to have accepted same. Where a person purchases a ticket for a child the purchaser shall be responsible for the ticket and is deemed to be the authorised representative for the child.

  • 2. General Terms and Conditions

    2.1  Luna Park Sydney makes all efforts to ensure all prices and ticket and product information as published on https://www.lunaparksydney.com/ are current and up to date. All prices are in $AUD and inclusive of GST. Prices can change and Luna Park Sydney's latest price is always displayed on the Luna Park Sydney website https://www.lunaparksydney.com/

    2.2 Tickets and products can only be purchased by the credit card holder. A valid residential address must be provided at the time of booking. PO Boxes or Locked Bags are not accepted as billing addresses.

    2.3 All Guests wishing to use Attractions including adults accompanying children, will be required to purchase the relevant ticket. Children under 85cm in height do not require a ticket, however, they are only able to ride the Carousel (chariot cars only) and the Ferris Wheel with an accompanying adult.

    2.4 All Guests assume the inherent risks associated with the operation of all Attractions and must read and obey all safety signage, instructions and rules.

    2.5 Luna Park Sydney may impose restrictions or limitations on access to Attractions and reserves the right, acting reasonably, to refuse admission, cancel, suspend or revoke a ticket or impose restrictions at any time due to weather, park refurbishment, maintenance and other operational reasons or to protect customer safety.

    2.6 Luna Park Sydney is an all-weather venue.  Luna Park Sydney tickets and products are non-transferrable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable for error or change of mind.

    2.7 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any condition, warranty, right or remedy which may be conferred by the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by agreement.

    2.8 All goods and services sold in Australia come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. In the case of goods sold by Luna Park Sydney, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and you are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

    2.9 Without excluding, restricting, or modifying any non-excludable rights, in the case of a major failure with services supplied by Luna Park Sydney, you are entitled:

    (a)              to cancel your service contract with us; and

    (b)              to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value.

    2.10 If a failure does not amount to a major failure with services supplied by Luna Park Sydney, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done you are entitled to cancel the contract for the service and obtain a refund of any used portion.  You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure in the goods or service. 

    2.11 Luna Park Sydney is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen property.

    2.12 Any ticket or other document or record which purports to evidence the purchase of a ticket or other product which is deemed by Luna Park Sydney to be copied, altered, a photo or reproduction or which is fraudulent or purchased from an unauthorised point of sale will not be valid for redemption.

    2.13 Tickets or products are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used with any other offer, discount or product unless otherwise stated in any specific terms and conditions applicable to a particular ticket or product.

    2.14 All Guests are required to comply with all relevant laws including any Public Health orders as indicated on NSW State Government websites (Public Health Orders and restrictions - COVID-19 (Coronavirus) (nsw.gov.au)).

    2.15 The material contained on this website is protected by copyright. You must not by any means or in any form adapt, reproduce, store, distribute, print, display, publish or create derivative works from any part of this website or commercialise any information, products or services obtained from any part of this website without our written permission.

    2.16. Luna Park Sydney makes no warranties and accepts no liability in relation to material contained on external sites, including out of date product pricing information. Links to external sites are meant for the convenience of website users and should not be construed as any endorsement, approval, recommendation or preference by Luna Park Sydney of the owners or operators of the external site, or of any information, products or services referred to on the external sites unless expressly indicated on this website.

    2.17. Luna Park Sydney accepts no liability for any failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions where such failure is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If Luna Park Sydney waives any rights available to it under these Terms and Conditions on one occasion, this does not mean that those rights will automatically be waived on any other occasion.

    2.18. If any of these Terms and Conditions are held to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal for any reason, the remaining Terms and Conditions shall nevertheless continue in full force.

    2.19. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws in force in the State of New South Wales. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of that jurisdiction.

  • 3. Conditions of Entry

    3.1 Luna Park Sydney is a Licensed Premises and as such anyone entering Luna Park Sydney are bound by the requirements of the Liquor Act 2007.

    3.2 Smoking, vaping and e-cigarettes are permitted only in designated areas.

    3.3 Professional, commercial, staged or organised photography or video recording is not permitted without prior authorisation.

    3.4 Tripods are permitted, please see FAQ's for more information on tripod usage in Luna Park Sydney.

    3.5 Any type of activity or item that may impact on other Guests safety or enjoyment of Luna Park Sydney is not permitted.

    3.6 Luna Park Sydney and surrounding areas are under 24-hour CCTV surveillance.

    3.7 Intoxicated persons will not be permitted entry.

    3.8 Liquor may not be brought onto or taken off the premises, and checking procedures may be applied to prevent this.

    3.9 It is an offence to purchase liquor for (or supply liquor to) minors.

    3.10 Guests who are intoxicated, argumentative, quarrelsome, aggressive, dangerous or disorderly will be removed from the Premises.

    3.11 Animals are prohibited from entering Luna Park Sydney (service animals exempt).

    3.12 No skateboarding, scooters, no ball games or sports activities, no bike riding.

  • 4. Disclaimer

    4.1 Attractions in Luna Park Sydney are designed for use by participants who meet the displayed height requirements.

    4.2 The Attractions are recreational activities and there are risks of injury to participants associated with, and incidental to, the use of the Attractions. By using or engaging in Attractions you accept these risks and agree that the owners, operators and landlords of Luna Park Sydney do not have or accept any liability for any injury suffered as a result of you accepting these risks.

    4.3 Parents or Guardians must evaluate these risks before allowing persons in their control to use or engage in any Attraction.

    4.4 Use of any Attractions are restricted for Guests with certain physical and/or medical conditions. Please check the signage at the entrance to the Attractions for applicable restrictions.

    4.5 This is a risk warning given pursuant to Section 5M of the Civil Liability Act 2002.

  • 5. Risk Warning, Waiver and Indemnity

    5.1 I acknowledge, agree and understand my activites at, and my use, Luna Park Sydney is for my own enjoyment and leisure and is entirely recreational. 
    Risk Warning pursuant to section 5M of the Civil Liability Act

    5.2 I acknowledge, agree and understand that:

    (a)              I have been warned that I am at risk of suffering personal injury arising from or in connection with my activities at, and my use of, Luna Park Sydney. The risk of personal injury extends to, physical or mental injury (including those resulting in death, or the aggravation, acceleration or recurrence of any physical or mental injury) including but not limited to friction burns, whiplash, abrasions, bruising, damage to teeth, muscular injury, motion sickness, splinters, loss of consciousness, and broken bones together with soft tissue injuries generally.

    (b)              The risk of personal injury that I may suffer may arise from or be connected to:

    (1)              contact or collision with the surface of the Attraction;

    (2)              contact or collision with another patron;

    (3)              the movement of the Attraction (sudden or otherwise), strobe or other lighting effects or virtual motion;

    (4)              weather conditions including rain, wind, lightning, heat and cold;

    (5)              slipping and tripping on floor surfaces;

    (6)              the acts and/or omissions (including negligent acts and/or omissions) of other patrons at Luna Park Sydney;

    (7)              incorrect use of any Attraction;

    (8)              failure to follow instructions in relation to participation on any Attraction; and

    (9)              the unforeseen failure or malfunction of any Attraction.

    (c)              I accept and acknowledge all risks identified above voluntarily and at my own risk.

    (d)              I acknowledge that the assumption of risk and warning above constitutes a ‘risk warning’ in respect of all Attractions or activities at Luna Park Sydney for the purpose of section 5M of the Civil Liability Act 2002 (NSW).

    Waiver - General Waiver

    5.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, I agree to waive all my rights in respect of any liability for any Claim against Luna Park Sydney, including for any liability:

    (a)              for breach of contract (including but not limited to any express or implied warranty that any recreational services will be provided with due care and skill); or

    (a)              for negligence

    arising from, or in connection with, my attendance at and use of Luna Park Sydney.

    Waiver in relation to recreational services to which the Australian Consumer Law applies

    5.4 I acknowledge that:

    (a)              it is possible for a supplier of recreational services to ask me to agree that the statutory guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) (which is Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 Cth), do not apply to me.

    (b)              I agree to waive my right to sue Luna Park Sydney (if it is deemed a supplier for the purposes of the ACL) because the recreational services (as that term is defined in the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) were not performed in accordance with the statutory guarantees, in particular the guarantees as to due care and skill and as to fitness for a particular purpose, are excluded; and

    (c)              the waiver of my rights in clause 5.4(b) above is limited to liability for any:

    (1)              death;

    (2)              physical or mental injury (including the aggravation, acceleration or recurrence of such an injury of the individual);

    (3)              the contraction, aggravation or acceleration of a disease;

    (4)              the coming into existence, the aggravation, acceleration or recurrence of any other condition, circumstance, occurrence, activity, form of behaviour, course of conduct or state of affairs:

    (A)             that is or may be harmful or disadvantageous to me or the community; or

    (B)             that may result in harm or disadvantage to me or community.

    The above waiver of my rights in relation to the statutory guarantees does not apply to reckless conduct (as defined in the ACL) of Luna Park Sydney in supplying any recreational services (in the event Luna Park Sydney is deemed to be a supplier).

    Release and Indemnity

    5.5 To the fullest extent permitted by law, I:

    (a)              release and will release Luna Park Sydney from all Claims that I may have or may have had but for this release arising from or in connection with my attendance at or use of Luna Park Sydney;

    (b)              indemnify and will keep indemnified Luna Park Sydney in respect of any Claim by any other person:

    (1)              arising from or in connection with my participation in any activities at, or use of, Luna Park Sydney;

    (2)              against Luna Park Sydney in respect of any injury, loss or damage arising out of or in connection with my failure to comply with any rules and/or directions from Luna Park Sydney regarding use of Luna Park Sydney’s facilities and Attractions.

    save that the above releases and indemnities shall not apply to the extent that the loss, damage or injury that is the subject of the Claim is caused or contributed to by the grossly negligent act or omission of Luna Park Sydney.

  • 6. E-Tickets

    6.1 If your ticket is issued as an e-ticket it will be issued in PDF from at 6am the day prior to the ticket/session date, to the email address nominated during the purchase process. An e-ticket is for the purpose marked in the 'Ticket Type' field. Please check the operating calendar on https://www.lunaparksydney.com/ as operating days and times do change.

    6.2 Please bring a copy of your e-ticket to present at a Luna Park Sydney Ticket Booths or Attraction access points for redemption or entry.

    6.3 Display on a smartphone or tablet is acceptable.

    6.4 Valid photo ID and the purchasing credit card may be required upon redemption or entry.

    6.5 All intended users of the tickets purchased must be present at the time of redemption or entry including for height measurement and wristband application, if applicable.

    6.6 E-tickets are not valid in conjunction with any other offer, such as discount vouchers.

  • 7. Coupon Codes

    7.1 Coupon codes are valid for 90 days from the date the coupon is issued, unless otherwise stated.

    7.2 The coupon code must be used within the specified validity period. After the expiration date, the coupon code will no longer be valid and cannot be redeemed.

    7.3 Coupon codes cannot be extended or renewed beyond the original expiration date, unless otherwise stated.

    7.4 Coupon codes are non-transferable and cannot be sold or exchanged for cash or other forms of value.

    7.5 Coupon codes may have additional restrictions or limitations, such as a minimum purchase requirement or a specific product or service to which it applies. These restrictions or limitations will be clearly stated with the coupon code.

    7.6 Coupon codes may be used only once per customer, unless otherwise stated. Any attempts to use the same coupon code multiple times may result in the coupon code being voided and the associated discount being forfeited.

    7.7 Coupon codes may not be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers, unless otherwise stated.

    7.8 Luna Park Sydney reserves the right to reasonably modify, extend, or terminate any coupon code or promotion at any time without prior notice.

    7.9 Luna Park Sydney is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or expired coupon codes. If a coupon is lost or stolen by the customer, Luna Park Sydney will not provide any replacement coupon.

  • 8. Annual Pass Terms and Conditions

    8.1 A Luna Park Sydney Annual Pass is available for purchase, unless 'SOLD OUT' https://www.lunaparksydney.com/.

    Entitlements

    8.2 A Luna Park Sydney Annual Pass entitles the holder (an Annual Pass holder) to a single Day Pass, once per day, on any valid entry day for the period specified on the Annual Pass.

    8.3 A valid entry day is any day the Luna Park Sydney is accessible by the General Public where capacity set by Luna Park Sydney Management has not been reached. Luna Park Sydney does not operate on every day of the year. Luna Park’s operating hours are available at https://www.lunaparksydney.com/.

    8.4 In order to access certain Attractions on a valid entry day, a valid Annual Pass holder must login to their Annual Pass holder account at lunaparksydney.com and reserve a date of entry. Trading hours are subject to Blockout Dates (set out below), restricted and modification by the capacity of Luna Park Sydney and may be restricted by the number of Annual Pass holders allowed to enter on that day.

    8.5 Annual Pass holders may reserve a maximum of one entry date at a time and can only have one entry date reserved in total. Once that entry date pass has been redeemed or the date passed, an Annual Pass holder may reserve a new entry date.

    8.6 An Annual Pass holder must have their valid Annual Pass in hand and a Luna Park Sydney approved photo on file with Luna Park Sydney for access to Attractions to be granted.

    8.7 A Day Pass is a unique wristband that is not transferable between individuals, valid for the Date of Issue only and void if not securely attached to the Guest's wrist at all times. Returns and refunds are outlined in the General Terms and Conditions. The wristband is activated and issued from a Luna Park Sydney Ticket Box at the time of purchase/e-ticket redemption.

    8.8 Annual Passes are not valid for private special events, specials, ticketed events or events or Attractions that require a separate admission and are subject to Blockout Dates. Blockout Dates include, but are not limited to events such as Halloscream, New Year’s Eve, and other special events that occur outside normal operating hours.

    8.9 Additional benefits apply to specific Annual Pass products. See the ‘Benefits’ section of these terms for more information.

    8.10 Annual Passes do not guarantee Attraction access (especially during high attendance periods). Restrictions apply including, but not limited to, capacity constraints and closures.

    Activation

    8.11 To activate an Annual Pass, Guests must present their Annual Pass voucher at Luna Park Sydney where it will be exchanged for an Annual Pass Card. An Annual Pass purchased online will have a 14-day grace period prior to the Annual Pass automatically activating and commencing the 12 months validity period. If the Annual Pass holder presented the online voucher at the Luna Park Sydney Annual Pass Membership desk prior to the end of the grace period, the Annual Pass will commence the validity period from that date.

    8.12 The Annual Pass holder must be present at the time of exchange.

    Membership Information

    8.13 Personal data for each Annual Pass holder must be completed in Park on the same day of purchase or redemption of e-tickets for an Annual Pass. As a condition of purchase, Guests must provide the following: a. their first name and surname b. their date of birth c. a contact telephone number; and d. a contact email address. Incomplete personal data will not be accepted, and the associated membership will not be created.

    8.14 Each Annual Pass holder must follow Luna Park Sydney's procedures to have a photo associated with his/her Annual Pass in Luna Park Sydney's files for identification purposes. Photo capture procedures include removal of any hats, sunglasses or other obscuring accessories and ensuring no additional individuals are present in the background of the photo.

    8.15 Photos must be replaced every 12 months for persons under the age of 18 and every 3 years for adults. Further identification may be required upon request.

    Loss, replacement or cancellation

    8.16 All Annual Pass Cards remain the property of Luna Park Sydney.

    8.17 If an Annual Pass is lost or stolen, the Annual Pass holder is asked to report it to Luna Park Sydney Guest Relations at the Guest Relations Desk, by contacting Guest Relations at (02) 9922 6644 or submitting an online enquiry here Contact Us (lunaparksydney.com).

    8.18 Cancellation, suspension or revocation of an Annual Pass membership will result in the cancellation, suspension or revocation of the member benefits associated with the Annual Pass.

    Benefits

    8.19 Additional benefits are available to Annual Pass holders as set out below. Not all benefits apply to all Annual Pass products. It is the responsibility of the Annual Pass holder to check their entitlements before purchase.

    8.20 An Annual Pass holder must present a valid Annual Pass, valid photo identification and valid, intact and attached wristband prior to purchases to receive any applicable benefits and discounts. Benefits and discounts are non-transferable and may not be combined with any other offer or promotion. Benefits and discounts are for personal use only and may not be used to obtain or purchase items or services with the intent to resell such items or services.

    8.21 Applicable benefits and discounts are subject to change, as published on https://www.lunaparksydney.com/. Benefits and discounts are determined solely by Luna Park Sydney and may be valid only at select locations. Applicable benefits are not valid in conjunction with any other offer, discount or product other than those stated in the individual benefit terms.

    8.22 An Annual Pass is subject to additional charges unless otherwise advised for entry into any concerts or special events taking place at Luna Park Sydney, or any other event as determined by Luna Park Sydney from time to time in its sole discretion.

    8.23 Specific terms and conditions related to current benefits may be found below:

    8.24 A 1-year Annual Pass purchased after 01 April 2021 is entitled to:

    (a)              the opportunity to be the first to purchase tickets to special events presented by Luna Park Sydney. Annual Pass holders will receive communications inviting them to purchase tickets to any special events presented by Luna Park Sydney up to 48 hours before other database members and the general public. Annual Pass holders may forward this communication to family and friends and are not obliged to take part in the advertised events. Annual Passes will not be valid at the promoted special events and Luna Park Sydney will not be required to reiterate these conditions in all special event pre-purchase communications.

    (b)              10% off food, beverage, and merchandise. To receive your discounts at Luna Park Sydney, please scan your Annual Pass card when making a purchase at any of our permanent food outlets or merchandise store.  Please note that your Annual Pass must be valid and in date to activate this discount. If you don’t have your card, please see the membership desk and request a reprint.  

    Annual Pass Renewals

    8.25 Annual Passes can be renewed prior to, and up to two weeks after, their expiry date for the prices published on lunaparksydney.com. There are no rainchecks on this offer. After the two-week period, renewing an Annual Pass will be treated as a new Annual Pass purchase, and the cost will be the standard price as published on lunaparksydney.com. After renewing, we advise you to have a new card printed on your next visit to Luna Park Sydney to update the renewal date on the card.

    8.26 In order to receive Annual Pass renewal reminders, Guests must be subscribed to receive email communications from Luna Park Sydney. If you have unsubscribed, please resubscribe using the Newsletter sign up in the footer of lunaparksydney.com/

  • 9. Day Pass Session Ticket Terms and Conditions 

    9.1 A Luna Park Sydney Day Pass Ticket is available for purchase, unless ‘SOLD OUT’, at lunaparksydney.com.

    9.2 A Luna Park Sydney Day Pass Ticket entitles the holder to unlimited Attractions (excluding those which require a separate ticket, booking or admission fee) for their height zone for the date indicated on the ticket only during operating hours for that day.

    9.3 A Day Pass Ticket is a unique ticket and valid for the specific date indicated on the ticket only. Returns and refunds are outlined in the General Terms and Conditions.

    9.4 On entry to Luna Park Sydney and validation of a Day Pass Ticket, a unique wristband will be issued that is not transferable between individuals, valid for the Date of Issue only and void if not securely attached to the Guest's wrist at all times. The wristband is activated and issued from a Luna Park Sydney Ticket Box at the time of purchase or e-ticket redemption.

  • 10. Flexi Pass Ticket Terms and Conditions

    10.1 A Luna Park Sydney Flexi Pass is available for purchase, unless ‘SOLD OUT’, at lunaparksydney.com.

    10.2 A Luna Park Sydney Flexi Pass entitles the Flexi Pass holder to change or modify their booking up until 6am on the day prior to the original booking date.

    10.3 Flexi Passes are valid for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. No further extensions will be granted after this period expires.

    10.4 Flexi Pass holders will be required to log into their Luna Park Sydney Online Account lunaparksydney.com to modify their bookings online only.

    10.5 If a Flexi Pass date is not transferred in the time frame stated above, the Flexi Pass will expire after the original session time and not be valid for transfer or modification.

    10.6 Flexi Passes are not valid for use for Attractions which require a separate ticket, booking or admission fee), during special events or Luna Park Sydney Blockout Dates. Blockout Dates include, but are not limited to events such as Halloscream, New Year’s Eve, and other special events that occur outside normal operating hours.

    10.7 A Flexi Pass is valid for the 90-day period as specified above. Returns and refunds are outlined in the General Terms and Conditions.

    10.8 On entry to Luna Park Sydney and validation of a Flexi Pass ticket, a unique wristband will be issued that is non-refundable, not transferable between individuals, valid for the Date of Issue only and void if not securely attached to the Guest's wrist at all times. The wristband is activated and issued from a Luna Park Sydney Ticket Box at the time of purchase or e-ticket redemption.

  • 11. Birthday Party Bookings

    11.1 A minimum of 10 full paying party Guests are required per booking. Birthday child must be paid for as well.

    11.2 Booking must be made at least two weeks before your intended party date.

    11.3 Luna Park Sydney requires final guest numbers and all party details to be confirmed no later than 3.00pm on the Thursday, one week prior to your party (approximately 10 days before you booking).

    11.4 Full payment is required at the time of booking. Your booking is not confirmed until this payment has been received.

    11.5 Returns and refunds are outlined in the General Terms and Conditions.

    11.6 Birthday Parties bookings are not valid in conjunction with any other discounts, unless advertised.

    11.7 Due to Work, Health and Safety policies Luna Park Sydney must monitor the number of Guests attending, so you will need to advise your final numbers no later than 3.00pm on the Thursday, one week prior to your party.

    11.8 Please note that while hosts are in the party venue for your assistance, Luna Park Sydney does do not provide direct supervision of each table or of children while in the party venue or otherwise within Luna Park Sydney.

    11.9 Supervising adults are expected to be in control of their group at all times, children misbehaving in the venue may be asked to leave.

    11.10 Parties with a lunch booking have only 45 minutes reserved within the party venue. Lunch will be served within the first 15 minutes of the booked lunch time slot.

    11.11 Party games are not provided during your lunch booking. Parents are responsible for child supervision while in the Park and in the party venue.

    11.12 Bad language, bullying and inappropriate behaviour is not tolerated.

    11.13 Table scatters, confetti, balloons and all other external party decorations are prohibited in the party venue.

    11.14 Outsourced characters or performers are prohibited from entering Luna Park Sydney.

    11.15 Once your party has finished in the party venue, please take your personal belongings with you.

    11.16 Parent of birthday child may bring own cake and lolly bags into party venue. Luna Park Sydney will dispose of any cake left behind unless removed in accordance with Health Regulations.

    11.17 All other foods not purchased from Luna Park Sydney outlets is prohibited in party venue.

    11.18 For children with food allergies or sensitivities we will provide a suitable meal. Please notify your Party Coordinator on the Thursday one week prior to your party of the food allergies or sensitivities, so that arrangements can be made.

    11.19 Rain or shine your party will take place on the booked date. The party venue is also indoors.

    11.20 Coney Island is heritage listed and incurs a charge to enter. There is a viewing area and parents not wishing to enter can watch from there.

    11.21 Parking is available via Dind Street Milsons Point. Please visit https://www.lunaparksydney.com/ to view current parking charges.

    11.22 Tickets are not transferable, valid for date of issue only, void if not securely attached to guest’s wrist, sold subject to the Terms and Conditions.

    11.23 Children’s birthday packages are not able to booked for groups with attendees aged 17+. For groups aged 17+, the Luna Park Sydney group offering is best suited to your needs.

  • 12. Gift Cards

    12.1 Your Gift Card is valid for a period of 3 years from the date of issue, as indicated in the purchase email and Gift Card PDF.

    12.2 After this expiry date, the card becomes invalid, and any remaining balance reverts to Luna Park Sydney.

    12.3 Please treat your Gift Card like cash.

    12.4 Lost, stolen, damaged, or defaced Gift Cards cannot be replaced, refunded, or redeemed.

    12.5 Gift Cards can be redeemed on-site at Luna Park Sydney (1 Olympic Drive, Milsons Point, Sydney NSW 2061) OR online at lunaparksydney.com. Luna Park Sydney Gift Cards can be redeemed on Luna Park Sydney tickets, merchandise and applicable Luna Park Sydney ticket add-ons. Luna Park Sydney Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for special event tickets such as Harbour Party, Halloscream, Birthday Party bookings, or Tourism or Group bookings.

    12.6 Gift Cards cannot be used at third-party outlets, vendors, functions, events, or with third-party ticketing or sales agents.

    12.7 Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash, used to purchase another Gift Card, or make payments on a credit account, unless required by law.

    12.8 You can redeem your Gift Card online at lunaparksydney.com and in person at Luna Park Sydney.

    12.9 Gift Cards cannot be reloaded.

    12.10 You can use your Gift Card on multiple occasions.

    12.11 No change will be given for purchases, but any remaining balance can be applied to future transactions.

    12.12 The Gift Card can only be used up to its initial value or the remaining balance. If your purchase exceeds this, please use an additional payment method.

    12.13 Gift Cards cannot be resold and are non-refundable, except to the extent outlined in the General Terms and Conditions.

    12.14 Purchases made with a Gift Card are subject to Luna Park Sydney’s Terms and Conditions and any other applicable policies of Luna Park Sydney.

    12.15 Luna Park Sydney reserves the right to:

    (a)              limit the number of Gift Cards purchased by any person or entity; or

    (b)              refuse any request for Gift Card redemption.

    12.16 You will not receive statements or transaction updates for your Gift Card.

    12.17 To check your balance or expiry date, visit lunaparksydney.com or create an account to access this information from the login menu.

    12.18 Gift Card amounts are issued in Australian dollars.

    12.19 Copyright and intellectual property rights related to the Gift Card are owned or used under license by Luna Park Sydney, our affiliates, corporate partners, or licensors.

    12.20 You agree to indemnify and release us from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use or redemption of the Gift Card. In cases where the Gift Card code is non-functional due to reasons other than misuse or neglect, our sole liability is replacement of the Gift Card.
